We’re back again this week and we’re going to be looking SEO
optimisation.
If you haven’t seen our last blog check it out! We look at an article by Brian Stutter where he looks at the SEO fundamentals and we weigh in with our opinion.
However, if you’ve already read it, then it’s time to get into our new blog post, which is all about SEO optimisation and social media tips.
3 years ago we decided to transition the company into a staff & family-friendly organisation. This involved being 100% mobile-ready so the team could work at home if ever we needed to. We had snow and school kids in mind, but it does mean that we are operating as normal, albeit from a different location.
The government has asked all business that can feasibly work from home, to do so. With that in mind from 11am today, all staff will be working from their homes in order to play our small part in not spreading the virus.
We will continue to support all our clients and in every other respect this is business as usual. We will contact all our clients to provide alternative telephone numbers to be used throughout the current situation. In the meantime clients are asked to email us using the info@ email address for the business if you require any assistance.
The team are equipped with video conferencing and calling, so while it’s a little more inconvenient, we will continue to help new and existing clients with all their marketing, graphic design and sales generation projects.
It could be that you need to bring your logo or brand right
up to date. There’s a fine line between ‘vintage’ and ‘dated’, and you want to
be on the right side of that.
Or it could be that you are actually changing up what it is
you do.
And that’s what has happened to us recently!
We have officially renamed Calderweb Marketing to Digital
Jumpsuit.
Calderweb marketing initially offered just Search Engine
Optimisation (SEO) as Calderweb Marketing, but as we have grown, so have our
skills and services. We now also offer Pay Per Click (PPC) marketing, Facebook
advertising, copywriting and social media management.
We offer an ‘all in one’ marketing service, so just like a
jumpsuit, we’re all in one!
Lee Kenny, Managing Director said “Digital Jumpsuit is not your typical marketing agency in Halifax. When working for clients we realised they are more interested in the results that the type of marketing used. The rebranding of Calderweb Marketing to Digital Jumpsuit reflects these needs and rather than simply SEO we now offer the whole digital marketing mix including Facebook and Google Ads. The new name also reflects our more varied client base, with 50% of clients being International, 25% local and 25% UK wide.”
Forbes has recently covered some of the absolute fundamentals ways of improving your content marketing. What we’re going to do at Digital Jumpsuit is breakdown each one and discuss whether or not it’s worth drilling time into it or leaving it for a later date.
Now SEO can be difficult as a business if you’ve never done it before so these fundamentals can really make the difference.
One of the most common misconceptions of SEO is the presumption that Google is consistent in how it ranks websites in its search engine results pages (SERPs). For some searches, this might be all but true, but for a lot of competitive business search terms out there, the sites you’ll see in the SERPs will depend on whereabouts you are when you conducted that search. This is where Local SEO comes into play.
Digital Jumpsuit is proud to announce that it will be working alongside Brighter Financial Services Ltd to assist with their digital marketing and online presence.
Happy New Year! Congratulations on another year of business. Digital marketing is ever changing and the task of social media is being pushed more and more to the forefront of what businesses need to focus on. So, we thought it would be a good idea to share with you some of the key tasks you should be doing every day, week, month and quarter to keep up with your competitors and build a strong presence.
In part one of our series on How to Capitalise Off The SEO Trends That Will Dominate 2019, we discussed voice search, video keywords, mobile first indexing, high-quality content and securing your website. As a Halifax-based SEO agency, we were very happy to see the local response to this article and decided to push out the second part early!
Companies used to rely on traditional TV and print advertising to put their brand out there, but this is no longer a feasible strategy on its own now because of the huge change in the business landscape.
In this post, Evelyn Timson of Bristol and London based Aspect Film & Video, examines the Help Hub Hero approach to content strategy, a three-tiered method that’s well-adapted to the more complex tastes of today’s audience.
