Click automate in the sidebar to start building your chatbot
Create your welcome message
Add the features and buttons of the card you’ve chosen
Add responses for the most common customer questions
Add new blocks with cards and buttons areas you need your chatbot to help with
Test your chatbot and adjust to iron out any glitches or dead ends
